Our story

In the early days, most jobs were carpets in homes close to Springfield. The crew loaded the equipment in the morning, worked one address at a time, and learned that people remembered the small things: arriving when promised, protecting the corners, and explaining what a stain would take to remove.

Repeat customers began asking about sofas, rugs, tile, and the rest of the house. Shiny added those services slowly, once the team had the right equipment and knew how to do the work well.

The company now serves homes and businesses across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. The routes are longer and the crew is larger, but the routine is familiar. Listen first, choose the right process for the material, and leave the space ready to use again.
